- Prior Authorization Assistance
- Verifies payer PA requirements for customers in 2 to 3 business days, and assists in obtaining approval for SYNVISC
- Increases ability to focus on patient needs
- Provides office with payer-specific PA form
- Specialty Pharmacy Referral
- Verifies patient-specific benefits to determine if Specialty Pharmacy is an option
- Provides necessary Specialty Pharmacy order forms to obtain SYNVISC
- General Reimbursement Inquiries
- Offers immediate assistance with questions regarding coding and reimbursement
